RETURNS

 

Our return policy is very easy. Please read it carefully to avoid annoyance and confusion. 
 
The client has a period of fifteen (15) calendar days from the order receipt date to return the items.
All packages must be sent before this period expires.
  
EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL: Returns are accepted, but need to be handled by the client.
 
Any return must be managed through the mail hello@saintmara.es indicating:
 Order number - Client's name and surname - Phone - Item (s) to be returned - Reason for the return

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

The customer may request the return of an ítem, in the 15 calendar days period, with the repayment of the prize. Sadly, we currently can’t offer free returns to the rest of the world.

Refunds will be managed as follows: 

1. The customer must email to hello@saintmara.es

2. The customer must complete the returns form included in the package.

3. The customer must pack the garments (not used, not damaged and with all accesories) and the returns form in the original packaging in which they arrived or similar, if it's not possible in the original, to avoid being damaged.

3. The customer must take charge of sending the package to our warehouses, for this we recommend to use a courier company that offers tracking of the shipment to avoid loss of the package. The package must be sent within 15 days of receipt of the order. If a parcel is sent after the 15 day, the return will not be accepted.

3. One the order is in our warehouse, we will send an e-mail to confirm the reception and we will proceed to check the condition of the returned items.

4. Refund will be carried out through the same method the payment was made at the time of the purchase.

RETURNS IN SPAIN

The customer may request the return of an ítem, with the repayment of the prize.

    1. The customer must email to hello@saintmara.es before the end of the 15 calendar days. And must complete de returns form included in package.

    2. We will arrange for the collection, they will be free only in Peninsula (Exception: all SALE / OUTLET items, the return have 5€ cost).

    3. One the order is in the warehouse, we will send an email to the customer and we will proceed to check the condition of the ítems to do the refund.

    4. Refund will be carried out through the same method the payment was made at the time of the purchase (Paypal or Credit Card).

**Take note that depending of the bank and card issuer it should taken between 5 and 10 working days to process.

How do I prepare the package? (Only clients of Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

Once the customer has requested the return with us by email to hello@saintmara.es the garments you want to return must be introduced in the original packaging in which the order was received. 

IF YOU HAVE CHOSEN MRW FOR YOUR SHIPMENT: call MRW at 976 499 511, indicate that it is a return by SAINT MARA SL, with Subscriber No 8787. MRW will then pick up the order.

IF YOU HAVE CHOSEN CORREOS FOR YOUR SHIPMENT: we send to the customer a RMA label to stick on package then leave the package in a CORREOS office store or call them and ask for a pick up in your delivery address.

WE WILL NO ACCEPT RETURNS

 

1. Jewelery or costume jewelry that may have been used because it does not have a security seal.

2. Lingerie and swimwear, if the strip has been removed.

3. Items that have been purchased upon request and / or have been customized.

4. Orders that have been returned after the deadline.

5. Footwear that is returned with marks of having been worn or without their original and undamaged packaging.

 

*Were the client to refund an ítem not allowed to be returned we will contact them sending the order via freight collect.

Returns will be accepted provided the ítem has not been used or damaged. We reserves the right not to return ítems sent after said deadline, used or without the original packaging, or accessories from the product at issue provided it comes with a defect.

Goods returned will be carefully checked just the same it is done when they are shipped, in such a way that when the product is proven to be in perfect condition, and with all the labels and accessories (if the ítem wore them), the corresponding amount will be credited to the same card used for the payment, to the corresponding PayPal account or by bank transfer.

By the requirements of the Law on retail commerce as well as rules on community regulations (97/7/CE), refunds would not be accepted in the sales of goods that can be reproduced easily and with immediate character.

The refund of any merchandise will require the agreement on both parts.

SAINT MARA reserves the right to claim damages to compensate for possible merchandise damages as well as to recover the caused direct expenses by the refund.
