How can I buy in the SAINT MARA Online Store?

Buying in our ONLINE STORE is very simple. After registering as a customer, simply click on the articles to see their photos, descriptions, and so you can select the color and size you want and add to the basket. Finally, once you have the cart with all the items you want to buy, just click on "Confirm" and follow the steps indicated.

Can I buy online from anywhere in the world?

Our online store is available internationally. At the time of registration, you can select your country. Please, take note that if your country does not appear as available to register it means that we do not ship to that country. When processing your order, check the related shipping costs and, if you have any questions, contact us at hello@saintmara.es

Do I have to pay customs fees and import taxes?

Due to the different customs and import rights policies, SAINT MARA has no control over the costs that can be applied to the arrival of an order in the country of destination, since it is not possible to predict the exact amount of these tariffs. In case of doubt, contact your local customs office before placing your order for information on costs and their application.

How can I pay for my order?

In SAINT MARA we have the following methods of payment: credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal and Bank transfer. You can make a secure payment using any of these options. Please, take note that the payment by bank transfer, requires sending the proof of payment to hello@saintmara.es, by this way it’s possible for us to send your purchase faster.

Is it safe to buy at SAINT MARA Online?

Yes, the SAINT MARA website has an encryption service enabled in the transmission of data through secure HTTP with GeoTrust SSL Certificate.

In what currency can I make the payment?

All orders are made in Euros (€), and payment is processed in this currency. Please note that if your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate used to debit your account will be automatically determined by the bank / PayPal and not by SAINT MARA.

I saw an article in SAINT MARA's store in Zaragoza. Can I buy it online?

The stock available on the web of SAINT MARA is the stock available in our store in Zaragoza.

The colors shown in the photographs of the items are approximate. The color shown is closest to reality, but there may be slight differences due to several factors such as the type of screen and lighting.

Some items or sizes are no longer available online. Is there any chance they will be available again?

If the item / size you are interested in is no longer available online, the stock is most likely sold out. You can contact us at hello@saintmara.es and ask when the stock will be replenished.

Is it possible to reserve an item and buy it later?

In our physical store we make reservations for one day. For the online store, we do not currently have an item reservation service. However, you can add your favorite products to your wish list to buy later.

How can I change or return my purchased items online?

You have 15 calendar days (count holidays, Saturdays and Sundays) from the date of delivery of the package to change or return the items you want. With the exception of OUTLET items that do not accept changes or returns. SALES items admit change but not return.

To make a change or return you must send an email to hello@saintmara.es indicating:

- Order number.
- Name and surname of the client.
- Phone.
- Reason for change or return.

If you have placed an order with delivery in Peninsula (Spain Peninsula), and you want a change or return. Please take note, if you have chosen MRW as a courier company, you can call 876 499 511 and indicate that it is a return by SAINT MARA SL, with subscriber number 8787. If you have chosen CORREOS, we will handle the collection.

In the case of return, the customer will bear the shipping costs (€ 5).

If you have placed an order with destination Balearic, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Europe or International, for changes or returns you must send the package to the following address:

In this case we recommend that you choose a courier company to track the package, as SAINT MARA is not responsible, in any case, for the loss of the merchandise when we are sent for the change or return.

When it comes to changes, you have to send the package and we will make the payment. Then you must make a new order with the garment, size and color you want.

Once the package has been received, it will be inspected, and once verified that it is in perfect condition, the article will be refunded by the same means of payment with which the online purchase was made. Items to be returned must be in perfect condition with the original labels and packaging.

When and how will I receive the amount of my refund?

In order to be able to recover the amount of the item (s) to be returned, the items must be returned in perfect condition, without having been used in their original boxes / bags, with all documents, labels and accessories. Can have no mark, scratch or stain; That there are no signs that it has been used; That the labels, packaging, case or any other part related to the product have not been subject to modification.

The return of a used item will not be accepted, when there are indications of it.

When the package arrives at our warehouses and it has been verified that the article is not damaged or used, it will proceed to pay the amount of the article or articles returned, discounting the 5 € of shipping costs. The payment is made using the same method of payment that was used for the purchase (PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer).

When will I receive my order?

With the collection in store (the delivery time is immediate).

For shipping to Peninsula:

CORREOS: 24h - 48h
MRW: 24h

For shipments to the Balearics, Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands:

CORREOS: 48h - 72h
MRW: 24h - 48h

For shipments to Europe:

POST: 7 days
MRW: 5 - 7 days

For International Shipping:

There are no exact deadlines to determine, it depends on the messenger service of each country. CORREOS and MRW derive the service to couriers of each country.

What is the cost of delivery?

Peninsula and Balearic Islands:

From 100 € the shipping costs are free.

Europe:

From 300 € the shipping costs are free.
